The ITS-1 is a modular ARM Cortex-A8 industrial computer with touch display. In the open frame version, the ITS-1 can be integrated in a client-specific housing. The version with front panel and housing is foreseen for installation in enclosure doors. In both versions, all connections are made from the rear side from below.

In the open frame version of the ITS-1, display and main board are mounted on a solid plate from stainless steel. The rear side is protected by a cover from stainless steel.

In case of the enclosed version, the front side can be designed as per customers’ demands. At choice are, besides front panels from stainless steel or powder coated steel, also aluminum front panels with membrane keyboard and touch pad. Client-specific designs are possible, even for small quantities.

In both versions, only high-quality TFT displays are installed with sizes between 7" and 15". Their backlight is realized using long-life LED technique. Touch sensors are available either as resistive or capacitive versions.

The system can be expanded by additional interfaces, via a system connector on the main board. An expansion board can be inserted here, to put available two opto-decoupled RS422/485 interfaces, for example, or a DC/DC converter for galvanically separated power supply.
