XINO scanners feature diverse functionalities to make them the reliable, flexible heavy-duty base for modern, state-of-the-art document digitizing. Among these features are the unique paper transport system for gentle handling of the paper originals, and the exchangeable feeder system, for either standard center feeding, or flush left. Furthermore, the units offer a concept for dynamically variable scanning speed, to cope with most different kinds of paper originals. Finally, there are two separate paper output trays, with sorting function. XINO scanners are designed for efficiency, and productivity.
The capture solution DpuScan supports scanners of all speed classes, in single stream, dual stream, or multistream processing, with all functions for scanner control, image processing, and storage of scanned images. The new program version DpuScan 6.01 provides two different operating modes: DpuScan Office and DpuScan Expert. DpuScan Office can be configured quick and easy by pre-defined setting possibilities. Therefore, it is well suited for standard applications. DpuScan Expert comprises ample configuration options, to realize more complex demands. On top, Janich & Klass added a new GUI as a brush-up, with multi-functional ribbon bar, and a new Document Explorer for viewing scanned images with different display variants. A very special new feature is the ability to control two different scanners in one common scan profile, for example a batch scanner, plus a wide format scanner, or a flat-bed scanner. The operator can toggle both scanners in the selected Profile by just a key stroke, so that all documents, from standard paper format through to large sized drawings, will directly be digitized subsequently into one and the same folder.
